Strawberry Vodka: The Making of a Basil Strawberry Vodka Martini that will knock your socks off!
Step 3: The Joy

This is a 4-part story:

Step 1: The Patience | Step 2: The Wait | Step 3: The Joy | Step 4: The Girls

YAY!

It's been 2 weeks!!  Let's pop this baby open

1. get a good funnel

That's the key, having a decent funnel.  I picked this one up in China Town here in Philly for like $3 or something.  It's amazing because it comes with detachable strainer -- key, if you don't want large strawberry chunks in your martini.

2. well, pour

3. who's up for leftovers?

The leftover strawberries are SOAKED in vodka.  I mean it.  Don't throw them out.  I just put them in a blender, add sugar, add sweet and sower mix, a few ice cubes, a few fresh strawberries, and blend.  You'll have to play with this to get it just right.
