Strawberry Vodka: The Making of a Basil Strawberry Vodka Martini that will knock your socks off!
Step 2: The Wait

This is a 4-part story:

Step 1: The Patience | Step 2: The Wait | Step 3: The Joy | Step 4: The Girls

Wait for 2 weeks.

That's it.

Keep the jars at room temperature for 2 weeks.  Every few days or so mix it gently (or you can do what I do and shake it).

After first week you can already drink this, but I'd wait the whole 2 weeks. I usually make a separate small jar of this so I can open it at week 1 when I'm feeling thirsty :-)
