My goal weight currently is 165 lbs. Here is my progress:

As you can see, I am slacking even from my own rather generous goal.
I really need to pick up the pace!
Well, I'm off to the gym.

Update:
As you can see, I'm HUGE! :) I mean, this is an improvement from 210 lbs, but I'm 178 today... That's not too good, no, not too good.
One, of course, needs to take into account the fact that I am gaining muscle weight but I do SEE fat...
Well, I have 4 and a half weeks to drop 15 lbs. Let's re-evaluate this.
I need to:
1. stop eating anything except very well-monitored snacks after 10pm;
2. drink less and cut out beer completely out of my diet;
3. less power bars and meal replacements and more good-quality food;
4. monitor protein / carb balance.
Let's see how this works out.
