| 40 lbs is, really, a huge weight to carry! |
| what I feel like 40 pounds lighter |
I wake up. I head over to the scale.
170.
170!!
Look at the picture on the right. That way -->.
That bag is about 40 lbs of laundry I was carrying just an hour ago to the laundromat. Man, that thing was heavy!
I live about 6 blocks from the laundromat, too.
It's really not so long ago that I was 210 lbs, you know.
Let's see what I ate yesterday. Well, there was sushi. Sashimi, really. Raw fish of 4 kinds very thickly sliced. I get it nearby here at a nice Japanese place. Oh I had a very yummy soup with it, too.
I ate lost of other stuff during the day, too.
Oh, and of course some of that amazing Cru [unpasteurized] Brie cheese and some Turin I brought over with me from Montreal.
For breakfast I had eggs with fresh-ground pepper and fruit freeze-cocktail-shake I make. I think yesterday's shake was with banana, mango, and carrots -- an interesting mix I recommend, among many other mixes.
170! Think about it!
I eat whatever I want. I eat it six times a day. I eat only very high quality (usually expensive) food. Tastes phenomenal, too! In other words, I am far away from dieting.
Next thing on my health list is to get rid of smoking. It's starting to bother me as a concept that I have to donate huge dollar amounts to some tobacco company.
Where was I? Oh, yes, being 40 lbs lighter. It's really not a chore to stay in shape and stay healthy. It also makes one quite happy.
I'm not appalled by the thought or the sight of a greasy tasteless Burger King burger and stale fries. Or a pizza. Forget that! Give me French cheese, wine, espresso, and some dark chocolate and I'll be happy!
170, friends! 40 lbs lighter! This is really quite an accomplishment for me.
Cheers and respect!
